"We had been looking for a photographer to take some Fall family pictures & weren’t having any luck. They were all either really expensive or weeks out before we could get them done. We didn’t really know where to go from there & then my husband remembered that our pastors wife did photography on the side as a hobby & had seen some of her work through some friends. We weren’t wanting anything super elaborate but just a few great shots of our family in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. My husband reached out to Vanessa & she was more then willing & excited to take our photos. Not only that but she got right back with us on three different locations for us to choose from that she felt would be great. Within less than two weeks we had our session booked & pictures taken and WOW, we were blown away by the entire experience. Vanessa was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, relaxed, so easy to work with & of course our kids loved her. She took the lead on where the best shots would be & captured the best photos of our family. She spent over & hour with us making sure she got all the best possible pictures in the right lighting. And to top it off my husband & I were surprised when Vanessa offered to take a few pictures of just him & I as well! We hadn’t even thought about wanting pictures of us; we were thrilled to have some updated shots of just the two of us. All the photos turned out so incredibly beautiful & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be using Vanessa for all of our family sessions in the future. Thank you, Vanessa! "We hired Vanessa to do our adoption profile book photo shoot and we couldn’t be happier! We knew Vanessa through our church and had seen some of her work on social media. On the day of the photo shoot, she was on time, professional and adaptive. She knew just how to position us in the photo locations around our neighborhood. It was late afternoon, and she used the light perfectly. When it was time to add our dog to our photo shoot, she was patient and had some fun ideas for pictures with an excited doggo who doesn’t stay still for long.

"Vanessa has taken our family pictures the last couple of years. With teenage boys and a toddler, we, 1. Aren't a family of models and 2. Don't care to spend a ton of time trying to capture the "perfect shot". Lol. In 30 minutes or less, she has us all laughing, at ease, and somehow she captures everyone's personality perfectly.
